Terms and Conditions
All items received are fully checked for marks/holes/tears and burns etc before they are ironed. If anything is noticed that has not been acknowledged by the customer then these will be returned un-ironed at no charge to prevent any issues. If you are aware of any marks/holes/tears or burns etc and still wish for the item to be ironed then please state this on your order form. Lottie Loves will not be held responsible for any markings on any items that are already in place.
Any damage that is accidentally caused by Lottie Loves will be subject to compensation. This will be dependent on the size and value of the item. This will be discussed and agreed with yourself.
All shirts, trousers and skirts will be delivered back on hangers providing that you have supplied the hangers for these items. If no hangers provided then it will be assumed that you wish for these items to be folded.
If you are unavailable on the agreed day of delivery then a surcharge of £1 will be added to your bill for each additional trip required to deliver your order.
